THINGS TO KNOW:

  • 8 Personal Training Sessions (session are 40 min)

  • Nutrition clean-up & accountability

  • Ashburn VA location

  • Access to exercise space 30 minutes post-session

Morning, afternoon & Evening availability

Monday- Friday, Saturdays
